Information we collect

• When you order: your first and last name, phone number and email address; the pickup or delivery date; and any greeting card message or special instructions.
• For deliveries: the recipient’s name and phone number, and the delivery address.
• Payments: the amount, date and method of each payment. Zelle payments are made through your own bank. We do not receive or store bank account or card numbers through our website.
• Email sign-ups: your email address, if you join our email list.
• Orders by phone, WhatsApp or in person: the details you give us for that order.

How we use it

• To review, confirm, prepare, and deliver or hand over your order.
• To email you about your order: confirmations and updates, payment instructions, receipts, and a thank-you note, which may invite you to leave a review.
• To contact you if we have a question about your order.
• To keep our business and accounting records.

Email updates

We send news about new creations, holiday specials and sweet treats only if you ask for them, by ticking the box at checkout or signing up on our website. The box is never ticked for you. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us, and we will stop.

Information saved in your browser

• Your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back.
• If you tick “Remember my details on this device”, your name, phone and email are saved only in that browser. You can remove them at checkout with “Forget them”.
• We keep an anonymous record of the products left in carts, to help us plan. It does not include your name or contact details.
• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

• with the people who prepare and deliver your order;
• with the companies that host our website and database and send our emails, which handle it on our behalf;
• with Google, if you use the address suggestions at checkout (what you type in the address field is sent to Google to find matching addresses);
• when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for our business and legal records. We keep your email-list sign-up until you unsubscribe.

Security

Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and only authorized staff can sign in to see orders.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information. We may need to keep some order records for legal or accounting reasons.

Children

Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page with a new date.
